About Me

Whether you’re looking for more meaning and wellbeing in your personal, career and work life, or you are a leader desiring to develop your own authentic leadership style, my mission is to enable you to nourish, flourish and thrive.

I empower individuals to recognise and use their strengths, be resilient, experience posttraumatic growth and achieve their personal and professional goals. With organisations and their leaders, I ensure that their employees are both meaningfully engaged and thriving within their working environment.

My Experience

My pivotal themes are nourish, flourish and thrive, arising from challenges that I’ve experienced throughout my own life and career.  These challenges have taught me valuable lessons where I was able to implement effective solutions thus giving me the desire to support others to do the same. Coaching others aligns with my personal values, strengths and interests as I help my clients to receive transformative results beyond their expectations. I also have my own incredible coach who has empowered me to become the best version of myself.

My Coaching Style

My style of coaching is holistic, solution-focused, values and strengths-based.  I have been described by my clients as calm, warm, supportive and empathetic. I apply positive psychology and evidence-based practices to every coaching session and encourage my clients to utilise their strengths to find solutions to meet their goals. I’m dedicated to being the best coach that I can be and am committed to continuous education and supervision to ensure my skills and knowledge are always at their best.
