Positive Psychology Coaching uses the evidence based approaches from positive psychology, along with the action-oriented techniques of coaching and includes different interventions that are implemented to support clients’ positive emotions, engagement and meaning as well as their ability to feel good and function effectively.
My practice, Nicole Etienne Coaching is grounded in the science of positive psychology and coaching psychology to help individuals live and lead more meaningful and engaging lives. My specialism is in Posttraumatic Growth and Resilience and I am a trauma-informed coach.
When you work with me, you’ll benefit from my skills as an accredited European, Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) professional coach, along with my knowledge of positive psychology, wellbeing, posttraumatic growth, resilience and employee engagement.
I’ll design a bespoke coaching programme, that is structured, holistic and incorporates psychometric assessments.
We’ll work together on aspects such as your values, strengths, confidence, team engagement and wellbeing to support you towards meeting your personal and professional goals. You will experience personal growth that will enable you to continue with the work after our coaching sessions have ended.

I work with organisations to create flourishing environments where meaningul engagements are harnessed and the wellbeing of employees are sustained. I provide positive psychology based 1-1 coaching, group coaching and team coaching to enable authentic leadership that will inspire individuals or teams to find meaning, develop positive relationships, communicate effectively, be highly engaged and thrive within their working environment.
I needed a coach to help me with my anxiety. I am neurodiverse and have experienced past traumas that had a major impact on the way I live my life. I liked that Nicole listened as I talked about my experiences which I had kept hidden for so long.
