Reflective, psychologically informed and deeply human.
Together, we can co-create a nourishing safe space, unlock new strengths, and help you and those you influence thrive.
I’m Nicole Etienne, a chartered coaching psychologist, executive and leadership coach, and coaching supervisor.
I help professionals who lead and care for others navigate complex work and lives without losing their wellbeing or sense of self.
Coaching has been central to my own journey, not just as a profession, but as a lived experience of what becomes possible when you have space to pause, think, and be met with both care and challenge. That experience shaped how I work today.
With over 30 years of experience across different sectors, I work with senior leaders, founders, coaches and coaching psychologists who navigate complexity, seek purposeful growth, and effective, sustainable leadership. I also work closely with parents and carers, balancing significant responsibilities alongside professional ambition.
My work creates a space where you can step out of the noise and think more clearly about what matters. Together, we slow things down just enough to notice patterns, sharpen decision-making, and align your leadership with your values, capacity, and wellbeing. This is not about doing more, it’s about working and leading with greater intention, precision, and presence.
I have a particular interest in post‑traumatic growth, resilience, and wellbeing. I support clients through experiences such as organisational change, burnout, discrimination, and the often unseen impact of invisible disability or caring responsibilities. These experiences can be deeply challenging, but they can also become sources of insight, strength, and renewed direction when explored in the right way.
Alongside coaching, I supervise coaches and coaching psychologists who want to deepen their practice and navigate complexity with confidence. Supervision with me is a reflective, relational space where you can think more rigorously about your work, strengthen ethical awareness, and continue developing your professional identity while holding safety for others.
My approach is grounded in coaching psychology and positive psychology. It is strengths-focused and trauma-sensitive, always adapted to your context. I combine relational safety with thoughtful challenge, so you can test new ways of leading, reduce reactivity, and expand your capacity to respond with clarity and intention.
If you are someone who leads and cares for others, as a leader, founder, coach, coaching psychologist, neurodivergent professional, parent, or carer and you want to grow without compromising your wellbeing, I offer a space to do that work with depth, honesty and purpose.
